Terms of Service

1. Agreement to terms

These terms govern your use of ZKidz Dev Courses, the course platform run by ZKidz Dev LLC (“we”, “our”, “us”). By creating an account, buying a course, a credit pack or a subscription, or watching a lesson, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian agree to these terms for you.
  • Keep your sign-in email secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
  • One person per account. Sharing an account or its lessons is not allowed.
  • You can export your data or delete your account at any time from your account page.

3. What you get

  • Free and Detailed courses are open to anyone with an account, while we keep publishing them.
  • Purchased courses are yours for the life of the platform: a personal, non-transferable licence to watch and read them.
  • All-Access is a monthly or yearly subscription that opens every course marked as included while it is active.
  • Credits are covered by the credit terms.

4. Prices, payment and tax

Prices are shown in US dollars or Philippine pesos. Payment is taken by Stripe on a hosted checkout page; we never see your card number. Where the law requires it, tax is added or included at checkout and shown before you pay.

5. Subscriptions and renewal

All-Access renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You agree to renewal at checkout, and we email you before a yearly renewal. Cancel any time from the billing page; access lasts until the end of the period you already paid for.

6. Refunds and the right of withdrawal

Refunds follow the refund policy. Customers in the EU and EEA also have a 14-day right of withdrawal, described there, which can be used from the order page in your account.

7. Acceptable use

  • Do not download, record, re-host or resell course material.
  • Do not try to get around access checks, rate limits or payment.
  • Do not abuse referrals or rewards, for example with self-referral.

We may suspend an account that breaks these rules. Courses you bought stay recorded on your order history.

8. Intellectual property

All course content, code samples aside, belongs to ZKidz Dev LLC. Code shown in lessons may be used in your own projects unless the lesson says otherwise.

9. Liability

Courses are educational. We work to keep them accurate, but they are provided as they are, and we are not liable for indirect losses from applying them. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.
