Credit Terms
Last updated: October 17, 2026
1. What credits are
- Credits are a closed-loop balance: they can only be redeemed for ZKidz courses.
- They have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, sold or exchanged for money.
- They are tied to your account. They cannot be transferred or given as a gift.
- Each course shows its own credit price, separate from its cash price.
2. Where credits come from
- Purchased credits come from a credit pack and never expire.
- Granted credits come from ZKidz Dev LLC, for example as a goodwill gesture.
- Earned credits come from the sign-up bonus, referrals and course completion rewards.
Granted and earned credits expire 12 months after they are issued unless shown otherwise. Your wallet shows each expiry date.
3. How credits are spent
When you redeem a course, credits that expire soonest are used first, then the oldest. Purchased credits are used last. A redeemed course is yours for the life of the platform.
4. Limits
Each pack, and the total you can buy in one day, has a monetary cap in US dollars and Philippine pesos, shown at checkout.
5. Refunds, disputes and rewards
- A refunded pack removes its unspent credits. Courses already redeemed stay yours.
- While a payment dispute is open, the credits it bought are frozen.
- If a dispute is lost, those credits are removed and courses paid with them are revoked.
- Courses opened only through All-Access do not earn completion rewards.
6. Deleting your account
Deleting your account forfeits every unspent credit, purchased ones included, and access to every course you own. The delete screen lists both before you confirm.
