Refund Policy

Ask within 14 days of purchase and before you have completed more than a quarter of the course, and we refund it in full. Access to the course ends when the refund is issued.

Unspent purchased credits can be refunded within 14 days of buying the pack. Credits already spent on courses are not refunded, and those courses stay yours.

Cancel any time and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. We do not refund part-used periods, except where the law requires it.

If your billing address is in the EU or EEA, you can withdraw from a course, credit pack or subscription purchase within 14 days of paying. Use Withdraw from contract on the order in your orders. We confirm by email and decide within 14 days.

If you asked to start a course straight away and acknowledged at checkout that this ends the right of withdrawal, the right may no longer apply to content you have already accessed.

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe and usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days.
